The Company shall not be held responsible for:

• Rejections

• Administrative delays

• Policy changes

• Authority decisions

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

✔ Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
✔ Submit genuine and valid documents
✔ Meet deadlines and procedural requirements
✔ Inform the Company of relevant changes

The Company is not liable for issues arising from:

✖ False information
✖ Forged / altered documents
✖ Delays caused by Client
✖ Missing documentation

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees are communicated prior to engagement

• Payments cover consultancy, expertise, and administrative effort

• Fees may vary depending on complexity

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are evaluated based on:

• Written agreement

Refunds will not be issued for:

✖ Visa or permit refusal
✖ Delays outside Company control
✖ Client withdrawal
✖ Incorrect Client information

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,
GUVEN Company Limited shall not be liable for:

• Decisions by embassies / consulates / authorities

• Regulatory or policy changes

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Travel cancellations

• Financial damages beyond service fees paid

Any liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We handle Client data responsibly and confidentially.

Client information is used solely for:

8. Processing Delays
