This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between GUVEN Company Limited and any individual or organization (“Client”, “you”, “your”) using our services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.


1. Scope of Services

GUVEN Company Limited provides consultancy and support services, including but not limited to:

  • Visa consultancy

  • Study-abroad advisory

  • Immigration-related guidance

  • Documentation review and preparation assistance

  • Appointment booking support

  • General advisory services

We act strictly as a consultancy and support provider. We are not a government authority and do not issue visas, permits, or approvals.


2. Consultancy Nature of Services

Our role is limited to:

  • Providing guidance based on available regulations and experience

  • Reviewing documents for completeness

  • Assisting with procedural steps

We do not guarantee:

  • Visa approval

  • Processing timelines

  • Decisions made by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities

All final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities.


3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Submit genuine and valid documents

  • Inform us of any changes affecting the application

  • Follow instructions and deadlines communicated by the Company

The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from:

  • False declarations

  • Forged or altered documents

  • Missing or delayed submissions by the Client


4. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees will be communicated before engagement

  • Fees may vary depending on case complexity

  • Payments made are for consultancy and processing support

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced


5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility (if applicable) depends on:

  • Stage of service completion

  • Nature of cancellation

  • Specific written agreement

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Rejections by authorities

  • Delays outside Company control

  • Client withdrawal after substantial work has been completed

  • Incorrect information provided by Client


6. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Client acknowledges:

  • Visa / permit decisions are outside Company control

  • Approval cannot be promised

  • Estimated timelines are indicative only


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GUVEN Company Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Government or embassy decisions

  • Policy or regulation changes

  • Delays caused by authorities

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Travel cancellations or financial losses

Our liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


8. Confidentiality

We respect Client privacy and will:

  • Handle personal data responsibly

  • Use information strictly for service purposes

  • Not disclose information without consent unless legally required

9. Processing Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Embassies / consulates / immigration offices

  • Technical failures

  • Strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters

  • Political or regulatory changes


10. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Fraudulent documents are suspected

  • Client provides misleading information

  • Client behaves abusively or unlawfully

  • The request violates regulations or ethical standards


11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of:

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Any disputes shall be resolved under Vietnamese jurisdiction.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Signing a service contract

  • Making payment

  • Using our services

You confirm acceptance of this Agreement.
